Susan Kelly-Easton Career Visibility Coach
Susan Kelly-Easton

Susan Kelly-Easton is a Career Visibility Coach, and the Founder of Competitive Edge Career Services. She has worked with countless careerists over the last 18 years to uncover their unique competitive edge and show them how to leverage that edge to achieve their goals.

Irrepressibly right-brained, Susan believes in throwing new ingredients into the mix to provoke and inspire original results. She has a long-standing reputation for the strength of her creative vision and for inspiring left-brained clients to embrace creative strategies for achieving their career goals.

Susan has applied that creative vision to creating a suite of Personal Branding services designed specifically for women with entrepreneurial and corporate careers.  She has developed a step-by-step methodology for them to uncover and communicate their competitive edge.

By creating services that range from self-serve to 1:1 coaching, Susan has made it possible for her clients to choose the degree of change they want to make, improve their confidence, increase their prospects, restart their stalled careers, and stand out from the competition.

With a sincere desire to help others recognize and be recognized for their unique strengths, Susan has ensured that you never get a "sales pitch" from CECS, and that you can depend on CECS to provide a range of solutions for your success, even if it means referring you to another Coach or service provider.
