Prior to starting Competitive Edge Career Services in 2007, Susan's background included Human Resource Management, Human Resource Information Systems, Data Integrity Analysis, Import/Export Administration, Tourism, and Resume Writing.
Her professional certifications include Personal Branding Strategist, Online Identity Strategist, Reach360 Personal Branding Analyst, Interview Consultant, and Resume Strategist. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music from the University of Victoria, and keeps up to date on career trends by participating in ongoing training and conferences throughout North America.
